The Effects of Sound
I want to draw your attention to something very important. I realize it isn’t a very popular topic but given it’s impact on the cells of our bodies I’m going to mention it. In today’s world, we need every advantage we can glean.
Simply put - sound impacts our bodies. The following videos will give you the gist of what you need to know on the subject.

If you would like to go more in depth, my recommendation would be to explore Elizabeth April’s work and you will understand why a lower frequency is desired by some.
If someone tells you music doesn’t effect you, ignore them, they have no idea what they are talking about. This knowledge has been taught in the occult since it’s inception and scientist’s in our civilization have known about this for at least a century. You don’t have to go very far to see it illustrated. Every modern movie has utilized the services of composers to design music to elicit the desired emotions.
Almost all of my meditation practices involve utilizing specific music. Music is absolutely key in my ability to get where I do in the quantum light realms. It facilitates accessing specific frequencies with one’s mind.
I encourage you to be aware of the music you allow in your environment. My recommendation is to immerse yourself in sound baths, if not daily, at least weekly. You should be able to find something you resonate with on YouTube. Use the search terms: sound bath. I can’t emphasize enough how important this work is. EDIT: If you find sound baths uncomfortable and simply cannot find one that is comfortable, that is your indication that you have a lot of work to do. Just do wee little sessions - 30 seconds if that is all you can handle. Not even kidding. You start where you need to start. You don’t even worry about what other people think or say. There are people that won’t touch this with a 10 foot pole. At least you’re trying. You just focus on diligently practicing. This work is like training. Not much different than the gym. Starting can be uncomfortable. See my blog post on Aura Cleansing Symptoms. Anything that raises frequency can produce the same symptoms. And don’t give up. You can do it.
